What to Expect on Your Party Boat Tour

At Bold City Party Boat Tours, we strive to provide our guests with a memorable and enjoyable experience. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined the following cancellation policy to ensure clarity for all of our valued customers. Please read the policy carefully before booking.

• Cancellations Made 7 or More Days Before the Scheduled Tour:
  Cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled tour will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
• Cancellations Made Between 3 and 6 Days Before the Scheduled Tour:
  Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before your tour will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations Made Less Than 3 Days Before the Scheduled Tour:
  Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may request to reschedule your tour for another available date, subject to availability and a $50 rescheduling fee per booking.

• No-Show (Failure to Appear on the Scheduled Date):
  If a passenger does not show up for the scheduled tour, no refund will be issued. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the tour departure to ensure timely boarding.

• Inclement Weather:
  Bold City Party Boat Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., thunderstorms, high winds, or other hazardous weather). If we cancel a tour due to weather, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for another available date at no extra charge.

• Group or Private Charters:
  For group bookings or private charters, we require at least 14 days’ notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 to 13 days before the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour will not be refunded, but rescheduling may be available with a $100 rescheduling fee.

• Rescheduling:
  We understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule your tour, you may do so based on availability with at least 48 hours' notice. A rescheduling fee of $50 will apply per booking. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will be treated as a cancellation.

• Refunds:
  Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation request has been confirmed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all passengers aboard our party boats, we have established a strict policy regarding inappropriate behavior. This policy is designed to maintain a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, staff, and crew.

This policy applies to all passengers, staff, and crew aboard the party boat, whether during boarding, while on board, or during disembarkation.

Bold City Party Boat Tours is committed to providing an environment where everyone can enjoy their experience without fear of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate consequences.

• Physical Altercations: Fighting, pushing, shoving, or any physical violence.
• Verbal Abuse: Threats, shouting, racial, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory language.
• Sexual Harassment: Any form of unwanted sexual advances, comments, gestures, or actions.
• Extreme Intoxication: Engaging in disruptive behavior due to excessive alcohol or drug consumption.
• Vandalism: Damaging or defacing the boat or property on board.
• Disturbing the Peace: Loud, disruptive behavior that disturbs the enjoyment or safety of others.
• Intimidation: Threatening or bullying other passengers or staff members.

1. Immediate Action: Individuals engaging in inappropriate behavior will be immediately asked to cease their actions. If they refuse to comply, they will be removed from the boat at the earliest safe opportunity. This may involve contacting law enforcement if necessary.
2. No Refunds: Any passenger removed for inappropriate behavior will not be entitled to a refund for the booking.
3. Ban on Future Bookings: Repeated offenses or serious incidents may lead to a permanent ban from booking with the company.
4. Staff Responsibility: All staff and crew are trained to identify inappropriate behavior and are authorized to take action, including stopping activities, issuing warnings, or contacting security or law enforcement as needed.

• Safety Briefing: All passengers will receive a safety briefing at the start of the trip, outlining the rules and expected behavior.
• Alcohol Consumption: Passengers are encouraged to drink responsibly. Excessive drinking that leads to disruptive behavior will result in removal from the boat.
• Drug Use: The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the boat and reported to authorities.

We strive to create a fun and safe environment for everyone on board. Any behavior that undermines this goal will not be tolerated, and appropriate actions will be taken to protect the well-being of all guests and staff.
