What to Expect on Your Party Boat Tour

At Bold City Party Boat Tours, we strive to provide our guests with a memorable and enjoyable experience. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined the following cancellation policy to ensure clarity for all of our valued customers. Please read the policy carefully before booking.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days after the cancellation request has been confirmed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

A 4 person capacity must be reached 24 hours before the scheduled party boat tour the party risks cancellation. Bold City Party Boat Tours requires guests to process cancellations for any tour, at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour. Guests who process cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice can reschedule or receive a gift certificate to use at a more convenient date.

For group bookings (4-10 tickets) or private charters, we require at least 10 days' notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 10 days before the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made fewer than 10 days before the scheduled tour will not be refunded.

No-Show (Failure to Appear on the Scheduled Date): If a passenger does not show up for the scheduled tour, no refund will be issued. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the tour departure to ensure timely boarding.

Inclement Weather: Bold City Party Boat Tours, reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., thunderstorms, high winds, or other hazardous weather). If we cancel a tour due to weather, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for another available date at no extra charge.

Rescheduling: We understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule your tour, you may do so based on availability with at least 48 hours' notice. Requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will be regarded as a cancellation.

Cancellations made within 7 to 13 days before the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the scheduled tour will not be refunded, but rescheduling may be an option with a $25 rescheduling fee.
